Shipping & Delivery
1. Where do you ship from?
All orders are dispatched from our two different dedicated fulfillment and warehouse facilities:
Address 1: 175 Derousse Ave, Pennsauken Township, NJ 08110, United States.
Address 2: 6 Goddard, Irvine, CA, 92618, United States
2. Do you ship internationally?
No. At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery for our customers.
3. Which carrier do you use?
We primarily use UPS (United Parcel Service) for all our shipments. Depending on the service level, this may include UPS Ground or UPS Mail Innovations.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
- Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri).
- Transit Time: 5–8 business days (Mon–Fri).
- Total Delivery Time: 6–11 business days.
5. What is the order cut-off time?
Our daily cut-off time is 1:00 PM (CST) in Chicago. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.
Payments & Billing
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a wide variety of secure payments:
- Credit/Debit: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay, and Elo.
- Wallets: Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

7. Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. Our website uses 128-bit SSL encryption to protect your data. We are PCI-DSS compliant, meaning we never store your full credit card details on our servers.
8. Do you charge a restocking fee?
No. We believe in fair shopping; therefore, we do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
Returns & Refunds
9. What is your return window?
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
10. How do I start a return?
Simply email us at customerservice@thephonesupplyco.com with your order number. Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.
11. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (usually within 2 business days), we will process your refund. The funds will appear back on your original payment method within 7 business days.
12. Do you offer exchanges?
No. To ensure you get the item you want quickly, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.

13. Are your products authentic?
Yes. All products sold by The Phone Supply Co. are 100% authentic and sourced from authorized distributors.
14. Do the products come with a warranty?
Yes. We provide a limited 1-year warranty on manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage (cracks, water damage, etc.).
